Document Date: Ensure that the document you provide is dated within the last 3 months. 2. No Envelopes: Please note that envelopes will not be accepted as proof of address. 3. Clear Picture: When taking a picture of your document, make sure it captures all four corners clearly. 4. Full Name and Address: The document must display your full name and current address. 5. Different IDs: If you choose to upload an ID as proof of residency, ensure that it is different from the one provided for proof of identity (e.g., passport).

    If you need to update your password for your account, you can easily do so by following these steps. Changing Your Password Yourself 1. Login to Your Account: Access your client area using your current credentials. 2. Navigate to Your Profile: Once logged in, locate your profile name in the top right corner of the page and click on it. 3. Access Your Profile Settings: From the dropdown menu, select "Profile" to access your personal account settings. 4. Go to Security Tab: Within your profile settings, locate and click on the "Security" tab. This section allows you to manage your account's security settings. 5. Change Your Password: Follow the prompts to change your password. You may need to enter your current password for verification purposes before setting a new one. 6. Confirm Changes: After entering and confirming your new password, save your changes. Your password is now updated.     Below are the steps you need to follow: 1. Provide Verification: To ensure the security of your account, we require verification. Please take a clear selfie of yourself holding your ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) along with a piece of paper containing today's date written on it. 2. Submit New Number: Along with the verification, please provide the mobile number you wish to change to. 3. Approval Notification: Once we receive your verification and new phone number, we will process the change request. You will be notified here once the change has been approved.
